for additional support of the project being funded by the above-referenced
award.
This project, under the direction of G. Robert Converse, James M. Lusk,
Stephen G. George, Thomas P. Murphy, Witold Sieradzan, is entitled:
"National Center of Excellence for High Performance Computing Technology."
This award with this amendment totals $1,968,003 and expires August 31, 2004.
This grant is awarded pursuant to the authority of the National Science
Foundation Act of 1950, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1861-75.) and is subject to
Federal Demonstration Partnership General Terms and Conditions (FDP-IV, dated
10/02) and the NSF Agency-Specific Requirements (dated 10/02).
Except as modified by this amendment, the grant conditions remain unchanged.

based its support.
