Marlene Keller is a retired Financial Manager for Sandia National Laboratories (NM) and, prior to that, was an auditor for the California Legislature, budget analyst for UC Davis, and a budget supervisor for the State of New Mexico. She grew up in Richmond, graduated from Contra Costa College in 1969 and then attended UC Berkeley, receiving her BA and MA in History and a Masters in Public Policy. She currently serves as a volunteer with a number of local organizations, including as Financial Officer for The El Cerrito Library Foundation and as a member of the city of El Cerrito’s Financial Advisory Board. Marlene joined the Contra Costa College Foundation Board in 2019.
