Message from CCC President Kimberly Rogers

CCC reaffirms its commitment to supporting all students, especially those vulnerable due to immigration status, during this period of change. HomeStudent Services + SupportBasic Needs

Empowering students through resources, compassionate care and understanding while eliminating barriers, and supporting students one fundamental need at a time.

At Contra Costa College, we are committed to your academic achievements. To make this happen, we prioritize social justice, support networks, and equity for all students. Our goal is to ensure you have the necessary resources to thrive during your college experience.

What is Basic Needs?

It’s a system designed to support your financial well-being and overall success in school. We want to make sure everyone has access to nutritious food, comfortable and secure housing for sleeping, studying, cooking, and showering, as well as healthcare services for your mental and physical well-being. Affordable transportation, resources for personal hygiene, and assistance for students with dependents are also a part of this ecosystem.
