We are here to help you meet the demands of life—no matter where you are—while providing the guidance to help you succeed. If you have not already found your Career Pathway, our many job training and career education certificates, as well as degree programs, will help you build your skills and learn fast through convenient class times, including evening, weekend and asynchronous options.

At Contra Costa College, we provide essential resources to support your academic journey. Our Academic Counseling, Basic Needs Center, Career Services, and Transfer Services are designed to help you succeed in your studies, manage personal challenges, prepare for your career, and smoothly transition to four-year institutions.

Basic Needs Center
The Basic Needs Center supports students facing food, housing, or financial insecurities, ensuring they can focus on studies. Services include a food pantry, emergency housing, and financial aid.
Career Services
Career Services helps students explore careers, build resumes, and connect with employers. Workshops, coaching, and networking events prepare students for successful careers.
Transfer Services
Transfer Services helps students navigate transferring to four-year institutions, including information on HBCUs. Advisors assist with applications, agreements, and finding the best fit.
