The Learning Resource Center
The LRC offers free peer tutoring to all Contra Costa College students. Peer tutors in English (reading and writing), math, and other subjects are available throughout the day, during regular hours.
Tutors are available on a walk-in (first come, first served) basis.
The Center offers a supportive studying and tutoring environment with a general study area, a tutoring area, a conference room, and a quiet study room for students.
Computers are available for tutorials, word processing, and Internet use.

What We Do
Online Tutoring
We offer Math, English, and Computer Science support via Zoom and Pisces. To find the links and instructions for online tutoring, please sign up for our “Supervised Tutoring” Canvas shell, which also includes our schedule for both online and in-person sessions.
You do not need to be registered to use tutoring services. Simply sign in with your CCC Student ID# at the front desk to access the LRC. A front desk attendant will also be available for Zoom assistance.

ENGL-875N
This course provides access to tutors who can help with writing assignments. It is designed to support students in English, Social Science, Humanities, Early Childhood Education, and more. Enrolling in this class gives you access to tutoring both online via Canvas and in-person.
MATH-875N
This course provides access to tutors in Math and Science. Enrolling in this class gives you access to tutoring both online via Canvas and in-person.
