Metas is a free program that offers tutoring, mentoring, courses and activities for students in 7th through 12th grade.
Learn and build new skills, explore academic and career options, get access to our awesome mentors and find out how to take classes at Contra Costa College. The program runs during the Fall and Spring semesters, so you can stay on track all year long!

Take courses at Contra Costa College while still in high school!Through our collaboration with High School College Connection, we offer opportunities for our students to take college courses and receive academic support through tutoring and navigational guidance. - Student Empowerment
